New Store Europe 25|32 solution
New Store Europe was assigned to create a hypermarket concept which reflected high quality, large volumes and low prices. The idea was to design and deliver a simplified shopping experience with easy access and clear visual communication.
The challenges were to achieve the right price image and to create a concept that was competitive on price, with shop fittings affordable to produce. As a result, the 25|32 shelving solution was employed. Moving away from the rough warehouse atmosphere was also an important element.

The concept proved a huge success in the pilot store. Customer surveys and analysis showed that the concept rated highly with Barnas Hus’ objectives. Other stores are now following.
