New Store Europe have taken the next step on the journey caring for Boots Sunglasses department. We have been caring for this department with Boots since 2007, designing, developing, manufacturing and installing up to 19 modules per store across the entire Boots estate.

The 2012 iteration of the Sunglasses kit of parts consists of injection moulded components, combined with metal and acrylics to refresh the whole department. The equipment brief was to ensure the equipment is easy to install, merchandise and durable for many years.
New Store Europe installed over 6,000 modules of equipment into 1,400 stores on an intensive 2 week programme in January. All risks to the success of this programme were identified early and robust contingency plans formulated to ensure any issues could be dealt with quickly and efficiently. This was critical to the success of such an intensive programme, and ensured the successful installation was completed on time with no outstanding issues.

Feedback from stores has been extremely positive, and New Store Europe have been praised on outstanding programme management and performance.
