Swedish company Lindex has grown into one of Northern Europe’s leading fashion chains, with over 400 stores in Scandinavia, the Baltic States, Russia, Central Europe and the Middle East.
A major project has been the opening of 10 new stores in the Czech Republic and Slovakia, most of them within shopping centers, with New Store Europe handling construction management.
Peter Andersson, Lindex’s Country Manager for Central Europe, said: “We wanted a fast ramp-up in these countries, and the process has been running smoother and more effectively for every new store. The time schedule for actual realization was very tight in many cases, but this has been handled very well by our partners, New Store Europe.”

Lindex’s architects have been responsible for drawings, layouts and the delivery of specially designed interiors, while New Store Europe has carried out the entire construction management process on-site. This included securing all necessary permissions, building and progress checking.
