Redesigning a retail playground

Inspiration is part of the glamorous department store Illum in the centre of Copenhagen, Denmark. New Store Europe has redesigned this 2,000 square meter ‘Scandinavian design playground‘.
This was an important project as Inspiration is famous for its range of goods and excellent customer service.
The brief for New Store Europe was to create a more consistent look and enable greater flexibility, bringing products into focus with a clear visual design.
Lars Aaen, MD of Inspiration, said: "Our goal was to create a store that really stands out in Copenhagen, and it has succeeded."
